Norton Ghost - Terrible website/terrible customer service

Trying to find out anything useful on this website is futile.I had a simple question about Norton Ghost.The documentation was slim.

Even the User Manual did not have adequate information. The chat window did not load. I spent 17 minutes on hold even with an authorization number for a phone call. The customer service representative was hard to understand although eager to help.

All I wanted to know was whether I could read a Ghost 14 disk image using Ghost 15.It took me nearly an hour and twenty minutes to get to: "Yes." Symantec has a serious problem.
